A lot of that can come from the news stories we’re constantly being surrounded with, whether we’re watching/reading the news ourselves, hearing it from friends and family, or getting push notifications on our phones. Follow Instagram accounts that focus on sharing positive messages. Check out “good news” accounts like tanksgoodnews and goodnews_movement.
